As an Automotive Buyer within our Consumer Acquisition Team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the valuation and processing of pre-owned vehicle inventory entering our dealership. This role demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Source used vehicle inventory through our consumer purchasing framework.
- Establish and negotiate pricing strategies.
- Assess reconditioning expenses.
- Make financially prudent purchasing choices for the organization.
- Achieve high conversion rates on inquiries while ensuring profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail and wholesale automotive sales processes.
- Strong analytical and valuation capabilities, with a focus on process efficiency.
- Previous management or purchasing experience is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with web-based search tools and tablet technology.
- Clean driving record and background check.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
