Job Title: Home Care RN Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the state of New Hampshire. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide palliative care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Salary: $10,000 retention bonus for full-time employment, plus a competitive hourly rate. Estimated annual salary: $83,200 - $110,400 depending on experience and location.

Job Description: As a Hospice RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides medical care required to remain at home. You will perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care. You will also monitor clients' conditions, follow up with and execute doctors' orders, and properly document all activities.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in VT/NH
