Job Description
As an Aircraft Technician at our MRO facility, you will be engaged in bench and cell operations, focusing on the assembly and maintenance of aircraft components.

Your role will involve working with various elements such as inlets and flight controls, as well as the installation of different types of fasteners on aircraft structures.

It is imperative that all tasks are performed in a safe and professional manner, adhering to approved technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and Federal Aviation Regulations.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assembly and maintenance tasks on aircraft components.
  • Follow technical data and safety protocols diligently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience with structures and composites.
  • Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Understanding of maintenance and overhaul manuals.
  • Ability to rivet and handle fasteners.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor.

Job Type:
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 days.

Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site in an MRO shop environment. Day shifts typically commence between 5:00 am and 7:00 am, requiring some flexibility based on operational needs.
