Position Overview:
HCTHealthcare is seeking a qualified nursing leader to take on the role of Interim Manager for the ICU/Telemetry department at a well-established healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
The Interim Manager will oversee the daily operations of the ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care and effective management of nursing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in ICU and/or Telemetry settings, along with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Licensure: An active California Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential.
  • Certifications: Required certifications include BLS and ACLS (AHA). Additional certifications such as CCRN, TNCC, or ENPC, and HIHSS are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office Suite is required; candidates should be comfortable with technology.

Note: All expenses incurred during the assignment, including housing, airfare, and rental car, will be covered.
