About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Zenith Innovations, specializing in investments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate external project partners and suppliers on behalf of end customers, acting as a single point of contact for sub-project management and specialist departments.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and document project progress, adhere to budgets and timelines, and ensure timely flow of information.
  • Documentation Management: Manage, secure, and distribute project documentation to specialist departments, review technical project documentation for content and quality, and create technical planning documents.
  • Test Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and accompany factory acceptance tests (FAT), installation and commissioning of equipment, and technical acceptance of equipment (SAT).
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally, a degree as a technician or master in a technical field or a completed (post-)graduate degree in a technical discipline such as building services engineering, plant electronics, or in pharmacy, chemistry, VT, biotechnology.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of common MS Office programs and willingness to familiarize yourself with project management software solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Polite and diplomatic, able to assert yourself well.
  • Language Skills: Good level of English, both spoken and written, and fluent German.
