Role Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the sushi bar and dining areas throughout your shift. Your support to servers and service personnel will include drink refills and clearing of tables. Additionally, you will assist in preparing for large gatherings and communicate the readiness of various sections of the restaurant to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to uphold a professional and courteous demeanor during high-pressure and busy periods. Demonstrate sound judgment and possess effective problem-solving abilities. If applicable, hold a valid state and/or local food handlers card. Capability to walk, sit, and stand for extended durations and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years of age or comply with state regulations. Eligibility to work in the United States is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Overtime availability is necessary.
