About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bridge Engineer to join our team at Fuss & O'Neill in Woburn, MA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will assist in the design and analysis of bridge structures, prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications, and perform site visits and inspections as necessary.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a strong understanding of bridge engineering principles and practices, and an EIT/FE certification. You will also be proficient in AutoCAD and willing to learn additional structural analysis software. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to work effectively with our team and clients.

About the Role

As a Bridge Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the design and analysis of bridge structures
  • Preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Performing site visits and inspections as necessary
  • Serving as a truck escort for oversize vehicles traveling throughout New England
