The team integrates cutting-edge experimental and bioinformatic approaches to study this phenomenon at the molecular, cellular, and organ level in various vertebrate species.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train unit employees and student workers, as assigned.
- Conduct research experiments and perform complex laboratory procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and provide analyses and interpretations of results.
- Provide input and updates on research progress and make recommendations for modification.
- Select, modify, or adapt equipment and procedures to specific research needs.
- Control equipment and supplies inventory and recommend purchases.
- Research and evaluate background information to enhance planning and design of experiments.
The ideal candidate will be fully competent and proficient in the operation of sophisticated scientific equipment and independently able to perform complex procedures and techniques with accuracy.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position. The hourly rate range for this position is $[insert rate].
