Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
- Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license in California.
- Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
