Job Summary:

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at NYU Langone Health. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Collects, assesses, and documents patient healthcare data
- Involves patient/family and interdisciplinary team to identify a plan of care and outcomes that are realistic and measurable
- Prioritizes care based upon data collected
- Documents assessment and reassessment in medical records
- Implements interventions in the coordination of patient care in a safe, timely, and appropriate manner and applies escalation process

Requirements:

- Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
