  • Provide Tier 1-3 engineering support for Windows-related issues
  • Contribute to application and database migration activities
  • Develop scripts for automation of build-out, maintenance, and configuration of virtualized systems
  • Deploy updates, IAVA patches, and Anti-Virus updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communications problems
  • Maintain system reliability and uptime of production applications
  • Contribute to system configuration management
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
  • Coordinate with customer ISSE to ensure security accreditation of all project IT systems

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI security clearance eligible
  • CI polygraph eligible
  • Security+ Certification (IAT level 2 or higher)
  • Database Administration experience
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) systems administration experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience
  • Microsoft Windows Server experience
  • Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification (AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS SysOps)
  • Experience with scripting tools (PowerShell, JSON, BASH, and PYTHON)
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server experience
  • ICD 503 familiarity
