About the Job:

This is a fully remote position as an Enterprise Architecture Specialist to support our US Government customer.

As an EA, you will manage and optimize our enterprise architecture documentation and processes using iServer while ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain enterprise architecture documentation within iServer, including system dependencies, integrations, and technical configurations.
  2. Lead iServer platform administration, including user management, repository organization, and metadata framework maintenance.
  3. Create and update operational architecture views using iServer's modeling capabilities for infrastructure, applications, and data flows.
  4. Develop and maintain architecture patterns and reference models within iServer to support operational standardization.
  5. Monitor and optimize iServer performance, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
  6. Implement iServer best practices for version control, change management, and artifact governance.
  7. Train and support team members on iServer tools and processes.
  8. Document operational procedures and maintain technical documentation.
  9. Establish automated reporting and dashboards for architecture metrics.
  10. Coordinate with stakeholders to capture and document system changes and updates.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with iServer administration and enterprise architecture tools.
  2. Deep expertise in iServer platform configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  3. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, FEA) and their practical application.
  4. Experience maintaining architecture repositories and governance processes.
  5. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  6. Proficiency in operational support and system administration.
  7. Knowledge of IT service management and change control processes.
  8. Experience with enterprise architecture pattern development.
  9. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Background in IT operations and infrastructure management.
  11. Must be a US citizen able to possess a PUBLIC TRUST clearance.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
