We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical ICU Stepdown team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients on Shapiro 3
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
- Current vascular and/or cardiovascular nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
