Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician to provide primary care services to our community. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
- Participate in shared local urgent/emergent care on-call rotation to ensure seamless coverage for our patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in accordance with SEARHC policies.
- Foster strong relationships with patients through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and coordination of services.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program in Family Medicine or related field.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
- Active unrestricted DEA registration and SEARHC medical staff privileges.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within one year of start date.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
