**Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
* Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
* Promote health, teach, and train family members
**Qualifications:**
* Good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
* Current CPR certification
* Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
