Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of tellers, providing coaching, motivation, and training to ensure superior customer service and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure security and accuracy, and coordinate staffing needs to ensure proper coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales referrals, and participate in required training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a related role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to lift/push up to 50lbs.
Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $21.75 - $27.00/hour. Additionally, eligible candidates may participate in the Retail Incentive Plan, which offers variable pay based on sales referral activities and operational performance.
