Your Responsibilities
In your role as a full- or part-time Behavior Technician - Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance of a qualified BCBA to implement tailored, effective ABA therapy services for clients with autism. You will customize your sessions to meet the unique needs and capabilities of each client, assisting them in acquiring new skills and reducing challenging behaviors. With a positive and motivating demeanor, you will deliver high-quality clinical services in various settings, including schools and homes, while meticulously documenting each client's progress. You will also engage in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and broaden your understanding of ABA therapy.
Qualifications
- Current state RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week
