We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, CA.

As a Family Medicine Physician with Titan Placement Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinic setting, providing comprehensive care to patients while enjoying a 5-day workweek with a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $255,000 - $290,000 per year
- Provider Bonus Plan
- Longevity Pay: $5,000 added to salary every five years
- Sign-on Bonus for two or more years of commitment

Responsibilities:
- Providing Primary Care to Patients of All Ages in a Family Practice Clinic Setting
- 90% Clinical / 10% Admin Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM)
- 22 Patients Per Day
- 100% Outpatient Ambulatory Services
Requirements:
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of California
- M.D. or D.O.
- Current and Active DEA Registration
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- New Grads Will be Considered
