Job Summary

The Facilities Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC and mechanical equipment, including chillers, boilers, and kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with building mechanical systems, including chilled water units, condensing units, air handlers, ovens, gas kitchen equipment, refrigerated kitchen equipment, and boilers. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to interpret blueprints and technical manuals.

In addition to performing routine maintenance tasks, the Facilities Mechanical Technician will also be responsible for making emergency repairs to plumbing, kitchen, and other building equipment.
