Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist is a key member of our Nutrition Services team at Winneshiek Medical Center. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals to our customers, as well as operating the cash register and dishwashing machine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for all customers
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
  • Work varied shifts between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m., including weekends and holidays
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Courses in modified diets and quantity cooking, food safety and sanitation beneficial
  • Basic computer skills beneficial
