The total compensation package, which includes base salary and potential bonuses, may exceed $300,000 based on experience and geographical factors.
Location:
This full-time role is based at one of our healthcare centers.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain one in the practice state.
- Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a preference for Geriatric Medicine.
- Active DEA license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Commitment to an integrated, team-based care model.
- Adaptability to a value-based care environment.
- Exceptional patient service skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, including email and electronic medical records.
- Willingness to participate in TB screening as part of patient care responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two to five years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel and understanding best practices in coordinated care.
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.
