Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. As a Thriveworks clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions, working with a diverse range of clients and cases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
