Job Details

We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation cases and representing plaintiffs in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court hearings and trials.
  • Represent plaintiffs in MVA, premises, and other PI causes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Manage a caseload and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Personal Injury a plus.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in maritime law is a plus.
