We are seeking a skilled ED Technician to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities- Take vital signs and perform EKGs as needed
- Assist with phlebotomy and provide bedside care to patients
- Work collaboratively with the RN to provide comprehensive patient care
- Meet the physical and emotional demands of the role, including working every other weekend and holiday
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Prior experience in patient care is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
