We are seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team at STRIPSTEAK Waikiki. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our premium beverage offerings.

Estimated Salary

The estimated hourly salary range for this role is $56-73 per hour, inclusive of base pay ($16-$18) and hourly tips ($40-$55).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote premium beverage offerings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Educate guests about spirits, wine, and beer
  • Develop recipes and manage inventory levels
  • Conduct staff education and training

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high-volume bars or restaurants
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • At least 21 years of age
