General Overview:
• Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks, including clearing blocked lines, replacing toilets and urinals, identifying and fixing leaks, repairing flush valves, and replacing fixtures.
• Perform general carpentry duties.
• Execute minor electrical repairs, with a fundamental understanding of electrical safety protocols.
• Repair and replace doors and associated hardware, including closer replacements, and manage wood, glass, and metal door repairs, as well as emergency board-ups.
• Maintain and repair restaurant equipment.
• Service espresso and coffee machines.
• Carry out emergency and permanent repairs to reduce trip, slip, and fall risks.
• Support various internal departments to ensure the success of special events through a wide range of services.
• Repair different types of flooring and ceilings.
• Respond to emergencies, including nights and weekends, to rectify unsafe or hazardous situations.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance across multiple construction disciplines.
• Apply extensive knowledge of facilities maintenance concepts creatively to complete tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate skilled proficiency in using specialized tools and testing equipment.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats within a business context.
• Exhibit the ability to leverage advanced facilities maintenance knowledge to develop new maintenance programs or enhance existing ones.
• Show advanced skills in utilizing specialized tools and testing equipment.
• Occasionally initiate new maintenance tasks as directed by team leads or facilities management.
• Expected to work independently while completing all site maintenance tasks, except those requiring additional personnel for safety.
• May take on a leadership role with junior team members.

• Communicate effectively and provide guidance to contractors and vendors performing services.
