About the Company
Creative Financial Staffing is working with a top client to identify a Human Resources Assistant who will be an integral part of their growing HR team.
Overview of the Role
- Screen resumes and call applicants to schedule interviews
- Assist with walk-in interviews and new hire onboarding
- Filing, scanning, updating tracking spreadsheets, and other administrative duties as assigned
- Look up information, screen resumes, and set up interviews
- Other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school degree minimum; additional degree or certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR role preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
Compensation
$42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is 100% onsite at our client's office.
