Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at Hulen Mall. As a Sales Associate Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and executing opening and closing procedures.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
  • Assist with product launch changes and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.
  • Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model, including credit and loyalty member programs.
  • Positively resolve customer service-related issues and communicate all issues and resolutions to Store Management.

Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
  • Meets physical requirements
