As an Advanced Practice Nurse in Aesthetics, you will play a critical role in our clinical team, working closely with our board-certified plastic surgeons to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey, from consultation to post-operative care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with our surgical team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and aesthetics, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding and cooperation.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a NP or RN with at least 1 year of experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
