Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer an innovative compensation system, fully-paid health insurance, immediate 4% 401k match, employer-paid mental health services, and generous leave policies.

Job Description
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in our non-selective schools. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in speech pathology, Louisiana State License in Speech Pathology, and at least one year of full-time professional experience. Responsibilities include working with students one-on-one or in small groups to assist with language and communication development, consulting with the Director of Special Education, coordinating consultants and individual providers, and writing progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong knowledge of current trends and federal and state regulations in speech-language pathology and special education.
