• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Verifying guest ages through ID checks
• Recommending menu selections and processing orders
• Timely serving of drinks to guests
• Articulating the distinctive features of our offerings
• Managing payment transactions with accuracy
• Addressing guest concerns with professionalism
• Collaborating effectively with fellow staff members
• Completing assigned tasks and providing assistance as necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with alcoholic beverages, including spirits, wines, and beers
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent verbal communication abilities
• Capability to make sound decisions
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations
• RAMP Certification is preferred
• Dependable transportation is required
