**Position Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while also mentoring and training junior technicians. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

**Responsibilities**

* Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems

* Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians

* Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training

**Minimum Qualifications**

* 5+ years of automotive repair experience

* A.S.E. certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the five)

* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people

* Reading, writing, and math skills
