Responsibilities:- Accurately record patients' medical histories
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and potential side effects of medications
- Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and maintain accurate patient charts
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, and provide basic medical care tasks
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Communicate with patients' families and friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions
- Proven experience as an LPN or similar role
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and undertake a variety of care tasks
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
- Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry
