We are seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at Courtyard Rehab and Health Center. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record patients' medical histories
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and potential side effects of medications
  • Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and maintain accurate patient charts
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, and provide basic medical care tasks
  • Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
  • Communicate with patients' families and friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an LPN or similar role
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and undertake a variety of care tasks
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry
  • Perfect physical condition and stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress
