Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Consultant to deliver strategic security and compliance services to our diverse customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Expert Solutions: Provide consulting and engineering services for customers, including strategic business planning, technical design, implementation, adoption, and change management.
  • Communicating Technical Concepts: Explain complex technical concepts in a business context, enabling customers to understand the value of our solutions.
  • Leading Customer Projects: Work independently or lead consultant capacities on customer projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Sales: Jointly work with our sales team to develop proposals and statements of work that align with customer goals.
  • Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members, teach them new skills, and share your expertise through industry events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Business and Consulting Skills: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess broad architectural skills, customer facilitation, and solution selling experience, as well as expertise in Microsoft's identity-based security solutions, endpoint management, and threat protection.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in an IT field or equivalent experience and certifications, with 3-5 years of IT consulting and implementation experience and 1-3 years of IT security and/or compliance experience.
  • Certifications: Pass exams SC-900, AZ-900, MS-900, MD-100, MD-101, and MS-500 within specified timeframes.
