We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a medical professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a comfortable outpatient clinic setting.
Job Responsibilities- Provide medical services, including taking a history and physical examination, and performing appropriate follow-up on patients' medical issues as indicated.
- Offer health counseling services under the supervision of the MD and follow the progress of patients.
- Make appropriate records of findings during examinations and submit charts to MD for signature.
- Write drug orders or written transmittal orders and call for refills under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in good standing with the State of GA.
- One-year of addiction medicine/MAT experience required.
- Must be able to interact compassionately with a diverse population.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
