Evaluate guest accommodations to confirm that all amenities and supplies are adequately provided, and that cleanliness and maintenance meet the standards set by HHM and the brand.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Train, schedule, mentor, and support team members, ensuring adherence to established hotel or brand standards and alignment with HHM's core values.

2. Monitor inventory levels to guarantee sufficient supplies.

3. Distribute supplies and equipment to team members.

4. Assess completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and established benchmarks.

5. Perform or assist with cleaning tasks as required.

6. Collaborate with staff to address performance and personnel issues, and to review company policies.

7. Oversee the training of Room Attendants in partnership with external vendors, if necessary.

8. Evaluate job candidates and participate in the hiring process.

9. Supervise laundry staff, if applicable.

10. Organize employee work schedules.

11. Adhere to sustainability practices in line with HHM's EarthView initiative.

12. Follow safe work practices, utilize protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA regulations.

13. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

14. Maintain safe work habits to ensure a secure environment.

15. Cross-train in the breakfast area to assist with guest inquiries and cleaning duties as needed.

16. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.


Position Requirements:

High School diploma preferred.

Prior experience in housekeeping.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Work Environment:

Work hours may vary and can include weekends and holidays.

Requires prolonged standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, kneeling, and bending.
