Production Planner

This role supports aerospace & defense product lines by managing production schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Production Scheduler ensures upstream activities are completed on time, enabling seamless downstream production execution. Directly reporting to the Production Manager, this position demands strong leadership and communication skills.

• Liaise between program offices and operations to ensure smooth information flow from customers to shop floors and vice versa.
• Maintain detailed schedules for open and planned orders using software like Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Interact with customers and internal team members to achieve level-loaded scheduling across operations.
• Manage work progress tracking on Production Visual Boards.
• Contribute actively to team meetings and lead weekly revenue meetings to maintain planned revenue.
• Support monthly SIOP meetings, providing input for operations planning and scheduling.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production scheduling or program scheduling roles in manufacturing environments, preferably with aerospace experience.
• Astute, highly motivated, and organized individual with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office application software, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as IFS.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data alignment.
