Coffee Specialist

The Coffee Specialist is responsible for ensuring a delightful experience for guests by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role involves completing closing tasks, which include properly storing reusable items, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all areas are presentable.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day, adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Inspect and prepare all serving items, ensuring they meet presentation standards before use.
• Follow safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Engage with guests using clear and professional communication, answering inquiries with appropriate etiquette.
• Foster positive relationships with team members, collaborating to achieve common goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
