Job Responsibilities

As a Security Operations Center Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients for a Financial Center near Sea World. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.
  • Monitoring closed-circuit television systems and alarms.
  • Operating facility computers systems regularly, as assigned.
  • Handling security issues or emergency situations appropriately, contacting emergency services as needed.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Pass a drug screen, as required by law.
  • Meet any state or local licensing requirements.
