Job Overview
Pacific Medical Centers, an affiliate of Providence, seeks a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team in the greater Puget Sound area. As a valued member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality radiographic images while providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role
This position requires successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, meeting the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). You will work in a high-volume outpatient setting, interacting with patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly, you will perform required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Depending on location, you may be required to utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams.

Responsibilities
• Produce high-quality radiographic images
• Provide exceptional patient care
• Perform quality control activities as mandated by MQSA and FDA
• Utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams (if applicable)

Requirements
• Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist registration upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography certification within 1 year of hire
• Prior general radiography experience (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications
• 2 years of full-time mammography experience

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $40.33 - $63.67 per hour, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
