Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
Responsibilities:- Assess residents' health status and develop dynamic care plans based on their identified needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and document residents' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary interventions
- Maintain compliance with nursing best practices and regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in the state where you will be working
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
