Job Opportunity

Central Ministries, a multi-campus Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking an Executive Pastor to join our team. As a key leader, you will work closely with the Lead Pastor to lead staff and overall functions of the church.

We are experiencing significant growth, with an average weekly attendance of over 2,000 and a devoted staff of 30+ employees across two campuses. Fort Wayne, our home city, has been recognized for its affordability, family-friendly atmosphere, and exciting developments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing staff, strategic visioning, operational excellence, and effective leadership in a church environment. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and partnership to the Lead Pastor.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Elder Board, Lead Pastor, and Leadership Team.
  • Leading and managing staff and ministries through visioning, goal-setting, and personal growth and development.
  • Fostering an environment of excitement and cohesiveness among the church staff.

Qualifications include a servant's heart, minimum 10+ years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and emotional intelligence skills. If you are a motivated and experienced leader, we encourage you to apply.
