Huntington Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients
- Collaborate with the surgical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current Certification of Surgical Technologists (CST) issued by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year previous experience as a surgical technologist
