Job Title: Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team at Belcan. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a construction crew on various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a construction crew on various job sites.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and meet required quality standards.
  • Manage workers, monitor work progress, enforce safety protocols, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
  • Experience in [specific type of construction, e.g., residential, commercial, industrial] is preferred.
