Rental Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Rental Coordinator to join our team at Atlas Copco Rental LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, generating sales, and resolving customer issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating reservations and rentals in our system, as well as maintaining accurate records.
  • Researching and locating equipment for our sales team as needed.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and following up with customers on past due invoices.
  • Supporting the creation of purchasing orders for vendors and processing invoices.
  • Maintaining and updating expiring rental contract return dates as needed.
  • Providing logistical support as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel.
