The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficient Store Supervisor to join our team. This role involves leading non-exempt employees, managing cash handling and inventory, and maintaining business records. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties, adhering to Global Partners' cash control policies.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. You should be able to take initiative, display quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and maintain a guest-centric mentality. As a lead-by-example individual, you will demonstrate a stellar work ethic and promote a high level of guest service.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Ability to work in intermittent temperatures and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift
