Position: Bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Sign-On Bonus

This role involves delivering evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services to children facing developmental delays in speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive areas. At Speech Tactics, we foster a collaborative atmosphere with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Our clinic-based therapy services are provided in a state-of-the-art facility. Our diverse team values the unique experiences, backgrounds, and clinical expertise that each member brings, setting us apart in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience, though not mandatory.
  • Opportunity to supervise up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus incentives and reduced caseloads.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and create effective individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop home programs and offer parent education and coaching.
  • Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PSYCH, and parents/caregivers.
  • Quarterly bonuses and commission pay available.

Minimum Qualifications for Pediatric SLP:

  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Valid North Carolina license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Experience in Early Childhood Intervention is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
