About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director at Physical Therapy Central. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations, including front office and clinical staff
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention
  • Review patient medical history and diagnose patients
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and family members about the recovery process
Requirements
  • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
  • 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, with prior management experience preferred
  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning
