Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at EagleCare LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing occupational therapy services to patients, evaluating their needs, and developing treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Supervise assistants and contribute to case management
  • Provide quality patient care and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
