Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building a book of business primarily through phone calls or virtual meetings, with occasional in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain new customer accounts through prospecting and develop and maintain relationships with acquired customers.
- Provide customers with updates on loads and collaborate with internal teams to understand and support customer needs and operations.
- Prepare and implement SOP/SLA for new and existing customers and communicate weekly with all acquired accounts.
- Solicit feedback from customers regarding performance and support day-to-day operational escalations.
- Collaborate with the Pricing Department on RFPs and assign tasks/delegate workload to team.
- Utilize Salesforce in accordance with company policy and expectations and maintain a positive team work environment by fostering positive relationships amongst the team.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and follow-thru abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
- Strong work ethic with team mentality.
